I saw that. I'm thinking it's still some kind of mistake - wouldn't be the first for Amazon. I preordered a copy just in case but I thought I read Charles Band wants to work on the transfer a bit more. Man, I really hope this comes out now instead of September.

Looks like Amazon's release date for the UK release may be tentative.

Probably so. It's happened with previous 88 Films' released on there also.

I don't follow. Isn't the reason for the delay that Band wasn't happy with the transfer and wanted to work on it more? Then why are there 2 different release dates - March for 88 Films release and September for the US version? Is there going to be a further restoration or not?

The release situation on both sides of the pond has been confusing (even for a Full Moon title), but I think it was the UK release that suddenly got pushed back to September, not the US release. The US release had it's release date pulled altogether and then went back up for preorder for a 02/18/2014 release date, if I remember correctly.

Great news from 88 Films! A two month wait is no big deal. I will stick with the original poster on the reverse side. I don't care for the new artwork.

Wow that cover is fucking awful. Thank god for the reverse.

That is the truth!!!!! At first glance the dingy "artwork" looks like a direct-to-VHS "Twister" knock off (with all the debris flying in the air). It's sometimes sad how they try to sell vintage films now.

Nobody likes the new artwork. Why they would still go ahead with it is beyond me.

I think because it follows the current trends: scratchy, gloomy, distressed artwork that blends in with all the other movies out there. I think it's okay for them to feature a few of the actresses backsides in that odd paste up job but...NO TANYA ROBERTS on the front cover? What the hell?????

That artwork makes it look more like "Wolf Creek" or some kind of road-chase movie. I understand the need to update artwork to sell things to a modern audience but the original art is so striking that anything new will pale in comparison.

Yeah, I don't like it... but you can just flip the cover on 88 Films releases, so it's hardly any big deal.

This is one of the most boring covers I have seen. It is so empty one does not know what the movie is about: horror, western, drama? It could be anything.
