demons or demons 2-- which has the better soundtrack?

well, if you have watched these movies, they are pretty much the same but one has a new wave line up of bands on the soundtrack and the other has the rocker track. which is better?

also on a side note, i've been going through looking at which discs i have that are anamorphic and these aren't so i wnot be watching them on my projector which is a shame. i looked on dvdcompare and there are NO anamorphic releases of these films. any dvd people have any plans?

Demons

Hello,
Always liked the Demons(Claudio Simonetti) soundtrack better which is available as Evil Tracks on CD. Demons 2 is available on CD from Japan and has the good Boswell tunes as well as the other stuff.

Gotta go with Demons 2 here... the Cult, the Smiths, Peter Murphy and Dead Can Dance? Oh yeah!

I liked Demons a lot better than Demons 2 soundtrack. Demons soundtrack was more heavy metal.

Demons quite easily. Some pretty good songs in there, and the opening (and closing) score on the subway is very catchy.

That's what kills me about not picking the first one 'cause I love Simonetti. Still though, I can't pass up choosing the bands I posted.

I picked that I couldn't choose because they both kick ass. Both have absolutely fantastic music... two of my favorite soundtracks.
