John Carpenter and Clive Barker were actually interested on collaborating on this. At least that's what Doug Bradley said at a convention but the fans voted no on some website after the success of FvsJ. I believe it was the official Halloween website if I'm not mistaken. I don't think the fans were aware that the original creators would have come back because I'd imagine the vote would have been a lot different had they known.

It would be nice if you resurrected some old threads instead of always making new ones as several people have asked you nicely to stop creating so many.
