Noted. Perhaps I was too hasty.

The HD-DVD has the unrated cut.

The fact we're getting the second commentary found only on the Unrated edition is a good sign that we ARE getting it.

Still, keep the Canadian release for the sake of having the R-rated theatrical version.

About time the sequels were on blu. It sucks that 2 & 3 don't have special features though. Very stupid move.

I never talked about extra gore. That is one absurd thing that people associate the word "unrated" with the word "gore".

Chucky jacking his dick has all the extra "gore" I need.

And I never said you did. I was just mentioning the unrated didn't.

Frankly, I'd be shocked if he had anything positive to say about them. When you compare even the original to Bride of Chucky, it really seems like a completely different person must have written it. Seems like he might have compromised himself to please others and then finally 10 years later they let him do what he really wanted to do.

Why? I know he had problems with 3 (thanks to the studio), but didn't he have a great time with 2?

I'm just hopin', though it won't seem likely, that Scream Factory can work something out with Universal. Heck, if we're getting CE of Psycho II, III, and The Shadow this Fall...

After the Halloween 2 situation who knows. I'm not going to say it's impossible.

That's full retail. I'm guessing it'll come back down at some point.

I hope so. That price is way too steep.

Amazon prices fluctuate a lot, they go up and down all the time. I think it'll be back in the $50-$60 range later on.
