With the recent Blu-Ray releases of F.W. Murnau's Nosferatu and John S. Robertson's Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, and the upcoming release of Wallace Worsley's The Hunchback of Notre Dame (which doesn't make the list on a technicality), the past few months have been brimming with activity, relatively speaking, on the silent horror front. I figured it might be a good time for a poll.
Credit for this poll idea goes to Hellbilly for his series of polls covering 1950 - Present last year.

I like silent film, but I've only seen the first three in the list. I always feel like I'm not really engaging the spirit behind these threads if I don't have to at least leave 1 film unchecked....i.e. unless i've seen 6 or more.
of course, the first 3 are great movies, so....

At first glance I didn't think I'd seen many of them but once tallied them up I think it's pretty good:
Nosferatu, eine Symphonie des Grauens (1922)
Das Cabinet des Dr. Caligari (1920)
The Phantom of the Opera (1925)
Der Golem, wie er in die Welt kam (1920)
Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1920)
La chute de la maison Usher (1928)
The Cat and the Canary (1927)
Schloß Vogeloed (1921)
Die Augen der Mumie Ma (1918)
The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1923)
The House of Usher is the only one I really didn't like. Man the French just CAN NOT make horror. Jean Rollin was a fluke.
