^ I got free shipping over 50.00 even to the US.

I got a shipping confirmation today; did not include Hell Comes to Frogtown. I don't expect it down the road then either.

Is that on 50 pounds or 50 dollars?

My order came out to L35.00, which translates to $49.85US. Man, I'm gonna be pissed if I was just 15 cents short of free shipping. But if I was 15 pounds short, then I made out (as shipping was only L5.75)

It's 50 lbs -- my order came to like 52, which converted to $90 or so.

Also, Arrow stated on Facebook they're waiting on their last shipment of HELL COMES TO FROGTOWN and that's it -- so I'd imagine anyone who ordered it during the sale will get it.

I would've bought a few more titles if I had known about free shipping to the US. I prefer it when companies mention that sort of stuff on the shopping cart page. The cheapest international shipping I can remember is 99p at Blackstar.

So how long does it take Arrow to ship once an order is placed? I placed my order back on the 7th, and it still says "sent to warehouse/at warehouse." Is that normal after 5 days, or am I just spoiled by Amazon Prime? Thanks!

I placed my order on the 8th & am still getting the same status that you are. Does it just mean one or more of my titles is backordered? This is my first order directly from Arrow & I'm left wondering too?

No clue either. I placed my order on the 7th, and it shows the same status as you guys. Both of the titles in my order were listed as "In Stock" at the time I placed the order.

My order of Zombie Flesh Eaters and Black Sabbath is also at the warehouse, whatever that means.

From what I've been reading over on Blu-Ray.com today, it looks like the sale may have caught Arrow off guard. They have apparently responded to at least one inquiry advising that "some items went
out of stock before our systems were able to update."

Normally they are fairly quick to ship, but as noted they did get more traffic/sales than anticipated.

I've ordered twice from them since December, and they shipped the next business day. Took only a week to get to the US.

I didn't order this time around though.

Ah, they can ship it on the slow boat from China for all I care. As long as I get them eventually. Hell, I haven't even made a dent on the discs I got from the recent Deep Discount and Criterion sales. Plus I'm working a film festival for the next week and a half. Finally, three of the four titles I got at this sale were double dips - movies I already own on LD or DVD.

If you order it directly from Arrow cant see why you dont expect it in the near future.
