That article seems to suggest that the film is already made. How can someone make a film, one which has been highly requested, and keep it under wraps so well? In this age of twitter, facebook and other outlets where everything is talked about, I find this hard to fathom.

yeah, phantasm.com (from the poster) doesn't even have this listed in the NEWS section.

I know. I'd prefer Lazerbeaker, myself.

There was an extreeeeemely subtle reference to Phantasm 5 when Don and A Michael appeared on Graveyard Carz a month or so back but I didn't give it much thought. I'm skeptical, but of course I'd love to see it happen.

If this is already filmed.....I wonder how it was able to stay under wraps....unless it was a zero budget production filmed over 10 days.

Nice! If you will it, it is no dream.

Does this mean Bubba Ho-tep 2 is in the can as well?

What the hell?!?
Good news
This better not be a cruel joke

Incredible that they kept it a secret for so long.
Guess there is a big chance that it will come out this year, since it's already shot.

It sounds like a story that's been released exactly a week too soon if you know what I mean.

Breaking:

Artist David Hartman wrote & directed the film. Coscarelli supervised it, though.
