It's been going in and out of stock in the blink of an eye. As far as international shipping goes:

Bill is on the road, he doesn't have access to all his stock and international shipping won't resume untill Bill will be back to Seatle.

The Keep definitely, followed very closely by Next of Kin, with The Mutilator not too far behind it.

I second The Keep. Would also love a proper release of the great Tangerine Dream soundtrack as well.

Blood Beach, Spasms, and The Kindred would be very welcome additions to my collection.

I'm surprised Night Life never made it to DVD or blu-ray. It's one of the better zombie movies out there, and it holds up incredibly well. Ripe for rediscovery on disc.

I'd probably vote for Shallow Grave (1987) or House Of Death (and no, the cheapie "public domain" DVD with the reels out of order doesn't count).

I voted "Other", but specifically from that list, I'd go with The Mutilator, since Night Warning is finally available on DVD.

I have the region 2 "Amityville Curse" DVD but I'm not sure if that was a legit release or just a VHS dub. It could definitely stand a proper release even though it's not really that good, even as Amityville sequels go.

I don't know, maybe the one related to the avatar I've been using for nearly a decade?

Except there have been acceptable region 2 versions of Island of Terror available on DVD (but not yet Blu) for quite a while.

From the list, I went with the original Willard. Night Warning has been on my hit list for a long while as well. Blood Beach I remember well enough that I'd buy it if available, but can easily live without it.

Off the list, off the top of my head, and IMO preferable:

The Woman in Black - original, it was released on DVD but went OOP fairly quick and commands huge prices on the secondary market.
Cast a Deadly Spell - VHS release only, one of the early HBO films still sitting in their archive purgatory. I've seen this, and have been hunting a DVD release for 2 decades since.
The Dark Secret of Harvest Home - there is a bootleg quality release in region 2 which is OOP, so its arguable whether this has actually been "released".

And a few I've heard of by reputation and want to see, but have never had the chance:

Eyes of Fire (1983) - seems like the kind of strange eerie tale style I have a penchant for.
Dark Side of the Moon (1990) - supposedly weird B movie sci-fi/horror mash-up in the vein of those low budget 70's Bermuda Triangle films.
Demonwarp - alien Bigfoot, 80's schlock style? Sign me up!
Contagion (1987, Australian) - heard very little, but enough about this one to know I want to see it.

The top of my list is The Return of Godzilla / Godzilla 1985. It's the only G-film unreleased on disc in R1, because of some clusterfuck with the rights. Also, Gorath and any other unreleased Toho sci-fi.

I'd be down for a Willard / Ben double feature. The Boy Who Cried Werewolf is one from my childhood I'd like to revisit. Apparently, there's a Nickelodeon TV remake.

As for what's listed in the poll: Stepfather III was awful as I recall, but I hate when you can't get an entire series together because one or two oddball entries have fallen into obscurity. Same for House IV (which I've never seen), and whatever Amityvilles are floating about in limbo.

I totally agree with Demonoid, but from the list I am dying to see a blu of Spasms and its ridiculously incredible bladder effects, and I would also welcome Blood Beach, Stepfather 3, Mutilator and Poughkeepsie Tapes with open arms.
