Question RC1 DVDs in Germany

Hi!
In about 5 weeks I'm going back to Germany! I bought a lot of DVDs here and also a lot of tapes, a few of these are banned in Germany though!
Now my questions:
Can I get into trouble bringing these movies and DVDs back to Germany? I'm asking because RC1 DVDs are not allowed to be sold there and then also these banned ones, what about these?
So if anybody can help me with that and maybe tell me where to put them (suitcase, backpack...)?
Especially K' maybe, you're from Germnany!!!
Thanks a lot guys!

A few months ago I was in Munich and bought many RC1 discs at WOM, Saturn and one other shop. They all had dedicated departments with hundreds of RC1 DVD's. As far as I have seen, RC1 DVD's were being freely sold in Germany.

Question

You are allowed to bring rc1 dvds as your personal property to germany. It does not matter if the movies are "on the index" or banned as long as you can proof that you bring them to germany as your personal property i.e. if you are checked at the airport and you have 1x Beyond, 1x Friday the 13th 4, 1x Tenebre etc. it is no problem but when they check you and you have 4x Beyond, 5 Friday the 13th 4 etc. you can get trouble because they maybe think that you are trying to sell them in germany. That is all i know, if you still have questions maybe contact me with icq, i´m sure that i can explain it better in german.

Yeah, it still was allowed to sell them a couple of months ago, but not anymore!!! But there are still a few shops selling them! But if they get caught they will get into serious problems!
thanks anyways
