Two Orphan Vampires Delayed

Well we all knew it was going to happen, and now its official. Shriek Show's DVD of Jean Rollin's Two Orphan Vampires has been pushed from 6-25-02 to 7-30-02 according to DVDEmpire, DVDPlanet, and DVDUniverse. Hopefully Solonge will come out on time, and we can get them both the same day

I also just noticed that Shriek Show updated their site a bit, and they now have the cover to Fiancee of Dracula up. Its pretty cool, a little gothic, but not bad. Also up is the All Night Long vol.1 cover.

Still no House of Clocks cover though. I'm really curious to see what thats going to look like.

well we should learn to take original street dates and add a month or two to them to know about when thier titles will hit the streets!

I usually use the 2 big delays and a little one rule. Each movie gets pushed back about a month, then somewhere between a month and two weeks. Then another little nudge just 2 days or so before it streets, and then it usually pops up about 3 or 4 days before this last street date to give people who havn't been watching the impression that it came out "early".

Don't get me wrong, I'll still buy every SS DVD that comes out, I just have learned not to pre-order.

Unhappy I admit

The reason for the delay is to clean up Two Orphans and we got two long interviews..longer than any before over an hour a piece with the two orphans and another one with Rollin.

The cover for All Night Long is what it is...they had no artwork in Japan and the cover in Japan was ugly too.

Solange is looking good.
