I have faith in Barker, so I'll give this a watch and see just how it is. Hopefully its got some good gore in it.

I have faith in Barker as well, but he was responsible for the original comic series as well and it blew big donkey dick!

If his films have gone the way of his novels then I doubt it will be any good. He hasn't written a good horror book since THE GREAT AND SECRET SHOW, IMO. Ever since then it's been bad porn and fantasy novels.
In his last film LORD OF ILLUSIONS he took out all the gore and dark horror that was in his short story and turned it into a film noir/mystery. |
