ANCHOR BAY is releasing THE HILLS HAVE EYES!

i just read this at creature corner that at some con this past week Michael Berryman from THE HILLS HAVE EYES and anchor bay anounced that they are releasing a dvd version of it!!!!!! and it will possibly feature more than one commentary track!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wooo hoo!! this is the best news all day!

Anchr Bay UK were looking into this after a number of requests for it at their UK forum. I don't know if ABUSA are going to issue it there as well?

This is pretty cool news....Elite doing a The Hills Have Eyes ME would be great too but an AB treatment should kick ass.

If this is true, it is some of the greatest news EVER!!! I have been dying for this masterpiece on DVD forever now, and it is like a holy grail for me!

didnt WB have the rights at first? thank god there not bringing it out (not that they would of anyway). WB has no excuse for not releasing unrated material. look at the new "true romance: UNRATED DIRECTORS CUT). so if WB is sitting on some gorefests then they better release them right. but hey anchorbay does the films right..so i couldnt be happier with this news.

I live in mississauga just about 30min away from Toronto. Is York a good University because that is one i am considering going to when i finish high school(just 1 more year).

yea the school it is great. im going to York for FILM. if u r planning on going for Film too i highly recomend it! although i believe ryerson would be a better choice for film if u had either option.

I'd love to own this on DVD. I thought it was much better than Last House. The entire last 20 minutes of this movies are amazing.

Ya i want to go for Film, I heard Ryerson was pretty good for that but York sounds good too. Well i most likely will apply to both but the real question is which one will accecpt me Thanks alot
