    Ya that was me, he lost it and said I was calling him the drunk driver who killed his best friend. It was the most defencive and deflective comment I have ever read, I was fully unprepared for his comments that day.

    Yeah, the guy does that all the time.
    Kinda confusing when you are following a thread.

    Check out Arrow... they do just that.
    A great company.

    Who gives a f*ck? You need to turn in your man cards...Bill puts films out there that nobody else is gonna bring and all I see is frickin menstrual whining on this site. I'll bet the fool that paid $275 for GBA will be cryin too when the single re-release hits next month. :fire:

    Yup, even though the delays etc can be annoying as hell, there is NO other company that would even CONSIDER releasing stuff like this on DVD.

    I love Code Red, they release some stuff I've never even heard of before. However, they are not above criticism, and giving them criticism doesn't mean I'm ungrateful or hate them.

    In other words I love my Grandma but I'll call her on her shit too.

    Now on a more interesting note, who wants to take a bet on when we see GBA? Does anyone have any doubts on if they can turn it around in a month? Pick your month.

    Wow. Many of you really don't have much else to do or talk about.

    Bill (Code Red) on thelatarniaforums...

    "BTW, diaboilk ebay auction of GOD'S BLOODY ACRE DVD went for $275 bucks! I have to sell 48 copies to get that kind of money...geez."

    A random guy helping Bill and Code Red...

    "I've asked this before, CR, but not sure it got a response: Where's best to order your stuff from, to ensure you get the best possible cut of revenue? "

    This coming from someone who has had 29 posts in 10 months. I can't help being suspicious! Are you an agent of Code Red or Bill? Why so quiet for so long? All of sudden you come to the defense of Code Red. Don't get me wrong, they certainly could use the support, but certainly you've logged onto this board long enough to know that this problem or lack of communcation from Code Red and Bill didn't start yesterday. Additionally, this isn't the only board that Bill complains on. Bill may put out films that nobody else is willing to give a second thought to, but consumers and fans alike can be fickle. You can only eat bullshit excuses for so long, before it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. If you don't give a fuck about this subject, than don't participate in the dialogue. There are many other threads on this board that you might find worth your time, and judging from your lack of participation overall, you could use the practice.

    So, it's ok to bitch and say negative things about CR & Bill, but it's not ok for someone to say positive things or defend CR. Gotcha.

    Mods are actually ok with this kind of behavior on the forum?

    Honestly, putting out obscure shit that nobody else will isn't the best idea in my mind. Most of the stuff they put out should've stayed under the proverbial rock--buried where it should've remained.

    The only titles I'm really interested from Code Red--stuff like Nightmare, Butcher, Baker, Nightmare Maker and Forced Entry--they let languish for an eternity. I'll probably be dead before Nightmare gets released.

    What´s so positive in saying that this site is full of frickin menstrual whining?

    I like Code Red... but don´t give a damn about that Bill guy.
    Normal companies don´t whine about the number of copies sold... normaly they just say if the product sells good or not.
    But this Billl is always telling that he had always sold an exact number of copies, as if we were to blame for that.
    Kinda like is trying to make us feel guilty for not buying his products.

    Now he´s mad at Diabolik for making more money than he on a recalled dvd...
    Every man should face it´s own consequences... for me the reason behind the recall was the MGM spoof and that was really easy to avoid.
    If that is the real reason for the recall, a small companie like Code Red should´t have messed with the big boys...

    I will continue to buy Code Red titles if the movie in question pleases me.

    Some guys at A/V Maniacs listed an issue with "Group Marriage"

    The movie frozes several times throughout the film and then resumes a seconds later:

    - 1:19:10 --> (then resumes at) 1:19:25
    - 50:34--> (then resumes at) 50:42
    - 43:22 --> (then resumes at) 43:30

    In addition, it happens during the trailer for "Working Girls":
    - 00:16 --> (then resumes at) 0:28

    Why didn´t Code Red recalled this defective print also???
