Tenebrae, Black Sabbath, Zombie Flesh Eaters, Lifeforce and House by the Cemetery.
I just emailed Arrow last week about getting a replacement disc for Zombie Flesh Eaters and here was their reply...
> Hi Joseph,
> Thank you for getting in touch and sorry to hear you have received an uncorrected copy of Zombie Flesh Eaters. To obtain a replacement all you will need to send us a copy of your proof of purchase via email (which can simply be a screen grab of your order confirmation). Once we have received this we can arrange for a disc to be sent out.
> All the best,
I'm happy they're still doing the replacement program...especially on a title that came out well over two years ago.
I originally owned the steelbook of Flesh Eaters, but I'm more of a amaray kinda guy lol. What was the problem? I can't remember anything on the disc I had.
(I also grabbed Bay of Blood ;vD)
Shit. I had to bite.
WITHNAIL & I
ZOMBIE FLEASH EATERS
INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS
About 6 seconds are missing.
I bought it direct from Arrow last year and still received the defective disc. They did mail out a replacement disc after I notified them though.
Someone on Blu-ray.com said that if you buy just 1 item from Arrow, shipping is free. Is that true? Even shipping to the United States?
That is true, which I discovered by accident. I've just started ordering from them in the last year (started with Blood and Black Lace). They also package very well and mail out usually very quickly too.
Are any of these discs region free?
How do you tell the difference between the old and the new? Kinda cool that they are still offering replacements but I hope I won't need one.
Everything I've bought is, as I'm not. They have it in the write ups which regions the discs are. I've been extremely happy with my Arrow experience so far, their products are stellar.
I picked up three Blu-ray titles on this latest sale:
Tales of Terror
Theater of Blood
I would have loved for Blood & Black Lace to be included in this sale, but I suppose it's too new of a release.
Same here, but I guess since the US release from Arrow was pushed back until later this year it would have been untimely to do so also... since it'll most likely be the same exact disc content.
I ordered The Girl Who Knew Too Much Blu-ray on the sale, and got a shipping notification earlier this morning.
How much is shipping for a single disc? Usually I buy a certain amount to get free shipping. I can't remember how much you've got to spend. Anyway, I don't want that much, but if shipping isn't high I might pick up a couple discs.
I bought three Blu-ray releases. I was going to purchase them as a single transaction, but the shipping fee would have been 5 pounds. Instead, I bought them individually after reading a tip on Blu-ray.com. 3 separate transactions & I got free shipping on all of them. 2 of the 3 already shipped today. Tales of Terror must be backordered.
I didn't need a coupon code. As far as I could tell, the free shipping option is only available on buying a single item.
That's weird. Thanks for the tip. Usually I have to spend something like $90.00 to get free shipping.
No idea if this is a temporary glitch or what the case is? I bought directly from Arrow twice before & never heard about this.
Yeah, Thanks also for the tip. I just ordered 3 more discs with free shipping!!
I'm not sure but it was the same case with the last sale. I made 4 individual orders and they all shipped free.
If you order together you need to spend over 50 quid. This time around there's a lot of stuff I want so it'll be over the minimum anyway. I really want their releases of The Killing/Killer's Kiss, Cinema Paradiso and The Manchurian Candidate. They all outdo the Region A releases.
