If you pre-ordered or paid for it from Arrow's webstore, I'm sure you got one. I only got shipping confirmation yesterday on it.

By the way, if anyone still wants this, they still have some "in stock" on Amazon.co.uk, but I wouldn't wait on it if you do: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Videodrome-...TF8&qid=1439934261&sr=8-1&keywords=videodrome

Same here. Mine shipped from Amazon UK a few days ago, so hopefully it should arrive soon.

I'm very surprised it sold out that fast, but it does look like a beautiful package!

Thanks gobad and Morally Sound. I did not realize the Arrow blu-ray contained this many exclusive extras. Anything with Romero is a selling point for me. I'll look to pick up the non-collector's edition at some point. Thanks again guys!

Mine arrived in the mail today!! I'm going to give it a spin tonight. The packaging and booklet look sturdy and gorgeous! Arrow really put a lot of effort in this and I'm pretty sure the content won't contradict this claim.

Wow, you need to see more slashers then because this is far from the worst. It's definitely not the best but far from the worst dude.

Well, different strokes for different folks. I'm in the same boat as thing and also think Madman sucks and might definitely fall into the category of worst slasher flicks of that era. It's a boring slasher.

Off topic of Madman, but on topic of the thread, got my Arrow Videodrome Blu-ray set yesterday, and it is gorgeous!

It's definitely not the worst but it does have it's issues. Most if the characters are bland and they show Madman running around goofily too much rather than keeping him to the shadows but there are some rather well done scenes and shots too that keep the film film from being completely dull.

This was not an email I was expecting to receive this morning, but awesome news none-the-less:

This was unexpected news. I also received the email and wasn't even aware that Arrow was fixing the release. I've probably got about 25 or 30 Arrow titles and will continue to support them. What an outstanding company.

I filled out the form for the replacements...excellent news that they finally corrected the issue.

I originally ordered it from Amazon UK, so that's probably why no email was received here.

Holy shit how did I miss this? Seriously.

If you honestly think this is one of the worst you're fucking crazy. I can understand disliking it but one of the worst? You need to watch more slasher movies.

Madman isn't bad. There are a lot worse than that in my opinion. But everyone likes what they like. I went through a phase where I watched a ton of these slashers and I think I would put Madman somewhere in the middle in terms of quality.

Haha, I love Mr. T's replies.

I also think that it's quite a crazy notion to put it in one of the worst slashers of the decade. I mean, granted, I've seen like, 300-400 from the 1980s (practically all of them minus a few foreign ones & SOV) but there are at least 100+ worse than it.

    But for its cons...
    -It's hokey
-There are long as stretches of poking around and nothingness
-Feels like a 1980s Adam Green who is SO 'in love' with the genre is making it... and that's not good, but it's better than those Hatchet shits (especially II)
-The editing and scoring needed polishing, as the film comes off amateurish

And there are plenty more, but as I am writing this, all of the pros are coming to me, ironically:
+The hot tub scene is probably my favorite in the entire film
+As hokey as it is, the theme song is so ridiculous that it transcends everything
+I like the cast when they have something to say or do, they're charming in a way
    +The fridge scene
    +The campgrounds are atmospheric
