I know a lot of horror fans and movie critics alike have compared Rob Zombie's House Of 1,000 Corpses to Tobe Hooper's Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I personally feel there are a lot of similarities and feels between the two, but that it's not necessarily a cheap rip off. Well, I read an article in Rue Morgue where they briefly (and yes, briefly) mention that Devil's Rejects shares some things with Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2. After watching TCM 2 today, I realized I found some coincidences as well... -Both have a "crazy" police officer going after the family that murdered one of their family members. -Both have a man's face getting cut off and put on a woman's face -Both involve destruction of the evil house (Burning the house in Rejects; cutting down all the posts/poles in TCM 2) -Both have Bill Moseley as a killer I'm sure there are more similarities but I can't think of them instantly. Has any one noticed that House/Rejects seems to be awfully similar to TCM/TCM 2?
