Holy cow does Donnie Darko look amazing. I never thought this film would ever look like this. The sound is extraordinary as well.
Cool got mine this morning at my indie store. got a few other titles to watch before I dive into this fantastic set
I received my copy from Amazon. They shipped it in a yellow bubble mailer and the top left hand corner was smashed in. The blu-ray's are fine though which is all that matters to me. This set will be OOP soon if it isn't already.
I hope you corrected that mistake. (After you made that post.)

Wishmaster Collection (BLU-RAY)
Batman: The Brave and the Bold- Complete Season Three
Finally. Once it dropped almost $4 off Amazon's price.
I've had my eye on this for a while now. It's been 28 bucks forever, but it finally went down by about 50% at BestBuy...... 14.99...... add in my $5 rewards I had sitting my cart and I got this delivered for about 14 bucks. Blind Buy, looking forward to catching finally.
It won't disappoint in the death department, the body count, or the creepiness factor. But the tone throughout is much quirkier than scary. It feels like a 90's independent drama / comedy without obvious laughs mixed with a really tight/taut 80's horror film- it's one of the rarest, most unique horror movies you'll ever see.
I'm definitely looking forward to it, man..... been on my radar for quite some time, just have never gone out of my way to catch it. 30 bucks is too steep for a blind buy but half that and taking into account everything I've read about this flick, sounds right up my alley, it was an easy buy. Its scheduled to arrive on my birthday next week, really hoping I can watch it that night with a few beers. Should be a good time.
Just picked up two blurays: The Killing Joke ($4.50) and Joy ($7.50).
