My wife bought me Sugar Hill from Bull Moose for Christmas. I've seen it a few times but I've never enjoyed it more. Simply an amazing release.

Glad to hear STRANGE SHADOWS IN AN EMPTY ROOM is finally getting an American release. Cool blend of tough cop/shoot -em up and Giallo As stated, the car chases are fantastic. I have the American one sheet, cool art !

I've had a VHS copy of Killer Force for a year now. I should probably watch it.

I saw that at a drive-in as a kid, remember liking it. Christopher Lee and Maud Adams re-united from THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN.

Not sure what to make of these releases. I may blind buy Goodbye Gemini but neither really seems in my wheelhouse. Hoping for some more straight horror.

I'm not really interested either. If they were cheaper...maybe, but when you figure in shipping costs they're still expensive as blind buys. If they were horror, I'd probably be interested.

Underwhelming. I don't get why he releases such odd titles when his DVDs show that he has much better ones in store. Would have loved to see Sorority House Massacre 2, Hard to Die and Stripped to Kill 2.

I thought I read that there weren't any good sources for a Hard to Die blu-ray? I haven't seen Stripped to Kill 2, but I like the first film. If there was some Katt Shea involvement for the release I'd probably pick it up. I'd really like to see her film Streets get a HD release.

Agreed. He's doing the same thing Blue Underground does: picks the oddest, least likeliest film to do well in sales for upgrades. When these don't sell I hope he doesn't complain about it. Where is Human Experiments? Silent Scream? Horror is what sells the best and this isn't my opinion - it's a fact. Well, at least brother's label seems to be on the right track. More domestic/mainstream horror titles and less super obscure Westerns/Z grade blaxploitation.

Yeah, I've been waiting on Human Experiments forever. I'm beginning to wonder if it's ever going to be released.

And also the Blu-ray release of The Haunting of Morella. I've never bothered buying the DVD re-release, since the Blu-ray was supposedly coming soon.

From the director of Pieces and has some cool creature effects work. Fun stuff!

Sounds good then! Watched Pieces last night and laughed my arse off. The grounds keeper scenes and the kung fu bit are some of the funniest moments haha.
