I'm kinda surprised by all the Blu-ray announcements from them, considering Vampire Circus isn't even out yet. I'm hoping that means the pre-order numbers were excellent.

Put me down for 1 of everything. :D

Synapse is offering 25% off and free shipping to the US:

Make sure you place the coupon in all caps. If it's lower case it will NOT work.

Nice deal. The Synapse team do really good work (their disc of LEMORA is a favorite of mine),so the DORM disc should be well worth checking out.

If this wasn't my most anticipated announced DVD before, it certainly is now. Reverse covers? Sweet! Though I'll probably keep it on the Dorm side, I mean...it's just wonderful! Now if only Night Warning, Curtains, Silent Madness, The Prey and Humongous would get the same treatment, then I'd just die of happiness. :D

The Prey and Humongous - now that's a double feature Code Red should be working on instead of Cop Killers and The Being! I mean cmon Dood!

OMG that artwork is fucking wicked! I don't know why so many studios change artwork, the old VHS artwork can look fucking awesome! I'm so stoked for this!!

I have both those posters - I personally prefer the "Dorm" version.

Kudos to Synapse for making a reversable sleeve that many will have good reason to reverse it for! (If only perhaps for pommie patriotism)

yeah, thats some nice artwork. for me, that can make the difference between "something i'll pick up when i get around to it" and "something i'll pick up as soon as i see it."

Killer artwork! This should be an awesome release, and with Synapse you know that's virtually guaranteed.

I think this, Santa Sangre, and Intruder are going to be my top 3 most anticipated releases for the next year. DROOLING over here.

You know what would be an interesting pick for Synapse?
A special edition of 1983's Blood Rage (or 1987's Nightmare at Shadow Woods, if you want to go that route). The NASW illegal (?) DVD by Legacy was pure shit. Fullscreen, and cut to bits! Like, the whole experience just wasn't fun, as opposed to watching it on VHS, which was much more satisfying. An uncut, widescreen SE of Blood Rage 1983 would be wicked! I'd pick it up.

I recently watched an uncut composite of Blood Rage - yes it would be cool to see that one. Legacy disc may be legal, though.
