Nice! I've been wanting to hear this one with the DTS-HD "upgrade" over the earlier HD DVD.

I would hope this includes both cuts of the film as I much prefer the theatrical cut. With the DVD you'd have to purchase the bare-bones edition just to get the dern theatrical cut!

Great! Another one of my HD DVDs that I can finally replace!
That means my only HD DVD horror title still outstanding will be "Dead Silence"... which I would only replace for the sake of replacing. :)

Yea, this is all fine and dandy, but has any dvd release or will this blu-ray actually include all of the supplements that were on the awesome laserdisc boxset?

The director's cut DVD released in 2005 includes all of the laserdisc supplements.

I've been waiting for this Blu-ray since the dawn of DVD. Hopefully the transfers will turnout halfway decent but with Universal it's a toss up.

The artwork is great. But note, it's a WIP.

Not a deal breaker, but why the hell does Universal always leave off the trailers for their films!?

I'll be importing the UK Blu-ray since it'll have disc label artwork. It'll be disc 3 with the Director's Cut DVD which I have the nice embossed slipcover to. Second disc is the HD DVD. Glad it has seamless branching!

Yeah, I'm hoping for a better price on this during October. Also hoping for good prices on Bereavement and A Horrible Way To Die.
