I had no interest in this movie until reading this.
Hahaha... it's really nothing impressive Bud... hahaha
Yeah. it just plays out like yet another stupid thing, nothing impressive at all. It just goes to show that anyone can make the events of this movie more interesting than the actual filmmakers managed to.
I like this one. It was very fast-paced which I though suited the movie. Sure, there was no story or characters worth anything, but it worked as a gore filled movie-ride.
Well of course you didn't ya douchbag! HAHAhaa...
What did Franca prepare for lunch for us today ....mmmm!
I really enjoyed it too. Seems to be a love/hate film. There are certainly worse ways to waste 90 minutes.
I enjoyed it for what it was: mindless blood & guts smorgasboard of fun. I had a couple of drinks previous to popping the disc in but nonetheless, I thought it was trash - watchable trash. Someone told me they thought it was much better than the actual Hills Have Eyes remake. I'd disagree with that.
Saw it today, it was "OK" at best. Not really memorable in anyway, but decent in the makeup & gore dept & entertains.
anybody get turned on by the rape scene? That freak was a...freak wasn't he? Tapping that ass from behind & all.
Alright, so I'm a sicko.
And with Peter Vincent's post, I rest my case against The Hills Have Eyes 2.
I think the real question on his mind was if the ass smelled sweet.
Watched this tonight. I think it's a middling little film. The climax, with endless running around dark tunnels, is kind of lame. It's the HILLS have eye, not the TUNNELS, and I kept channeling The Descent with its brilliant use of enclosed spaces...... but what the hey.
This is pretty my by the numbers. Not original, not stretching the first films setup at all, and not leading anywhere particularly interesting. What it does is milk some of the things left over from the first film in a "give them more" kind of way.
So middling. Not terrible as some would ahve you believe, but certainly not groundbreaking. Merely okay. Glad I saw it, and not disapointed.
