Because of all the voting on and off of the same films. Films that are voted back on will be subject to a poll to determine whether or not they should stay or leave for good. If the majority feel this the film should be in the top 100 then you can no longer vote it off and if they don't agree it's in the top 100 it will be taking off the list and you can no longer vote it on.

The third film up is The Blair Witch Project
The poll will be over Fri at 10:30am

    It's hella-in.

I saw this in the theater in Northern Ontario when I was staying in a cabin in the woods one summer. It was a long drive home at 1am with a buddy. Scared the hell out of me. I still enjoy watching it--and it's lost some of its creep-factor since then, but given those initial conditions, wow, I'll never forget this film.

Best movie I ever snuck into. Well worth hiding in a gross theater bathroom for 20 mins.

    Its on like donkey kong!

I really enjoyed it at the time, but it doesn't really hold up for me now. It's still good, but not great to me.

Off. One of the worst disappointing overhyped films ever.

I don't care too much either way if it gets in or not, but since the vote is heavily lopsided and obviously my vote isn't going to make a difference, I'm just going to let the chips fall where they may.

The only way it's in the top 100 is if they start counting backwards.
    No.

Well, my vote's obvious since I listed it. I'd say it's in the top five. Still chills me to the core every time.

Top 100? I'm not sure about that particular accolade, but being one of the first DVDs I ever bought (the other being the AB 2 disc "Halloween"), I still dig it. And, living some half an hour or so to the south, yes it's true; Burkittsville . MD is pretty lame.
