No idea when it's coming but they're working on this one as part of their Unearthed Classics line and recently posted the cover art and mentioned that they were doing an emergency subtitle fix to correct grammar and spelling right now. Hopefully this means it's coming soon. One of these is the DVD cover and the other is the BD cover:

Went to Amazon to see if they had a listing for it yet but they didn't, I did find that this was streaming on Prime right now though. Definitely looking forward to the BD!

I haven't seen this since the dvd days but I remember liking it, I wish more Cat III films would be released on blu like Ebola Syndrome. Definitely pick this up day one.

This and Ebola Syndrome might be the only Cat. III movies I've seen and I want Ebola Syndrome just as much as this one.

Wouldn't mind having releases for other titles like Run and Kill, Daughter of Darkness, Red to Kill, Brother of Darkness, and Dr. Lamb. On the Cat III sexy side I'd love Robotrix, Sex and Zen, Naked Killer and Escape From Brothel.

The Untold story had a good transfer with easy to read subtitles. The last time I saw the film was on laserdisc back in 1993. It was more brutal than I had remembered. I recommend watching it but you need to have a stomach for the nasty.

I should pick this up too. I only have the laserdisc as well, but I think it's a later transfer than 1993. It's from Tai Seng, who did a lot of HK movies on LD in the late 90s.

And agree with your earlier post about more Cat III Blus. I'll add to your list, A Chinese Torture Chamber Story (with the wildest wire-fu martial arts sex scene in film history), Sex and Zen II (with the gorgeous Shu Qi), and the soft core porn version of the Tom Hanks movie Big, The Fruit is Swelling.

Sex and Zen 2 is available on import blu-ray. Can't say what the PQ is but I've had good luck with the Hong Kong import blu-rays.

I would like to see Erotic Ghost Story and Holy Virgin Vs the Evil Dead get a blu release.

I have to admit, I don't follow what gets released overseas, so it's very possible that some of my favorite HK movies (not just the Cat III horror and smut and horror/smut) are already released on Blu.

There are a surprising number of blu-rays for Hong Kong movies that were released during the 80's and 90's. I keep hoping for a Stone Age Warriors which I think I last saw on VHS around 25 years ago.
